Return & Refund Policy

At HOME FREAK, we strive to deliver premium home décor products with the highest quality standards. To ensure a smooth and transparent experience for both customers and our operations, please review our Return, Refund, Exchange, and Cancellation policies carefully.

Return Window:
We offer a 2-day (48 hours) return window from the date of delivery.
Return requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, and in original condition.
  • Must be returned in original packaging, including box, tags, accessories, and inserts.
  • The original invoice must be provided at the time of return pickup.
  • Products showing signs of use, damage after delivery, or missing components will be rejected.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Used or damaged products (except manufacturing or transit damage)

Delivery Refusal & RTO Charges:
If an order is refused, unaccepted, or returned without a valid reason at the time of delivery, a ₹80 RTO & logistics fee will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Customers with repeated RTOs or return abuse may be restricted to order or face return limitations.

Mandatory Unboxing Video (Very Important):
For any claim related to damaged, missing, or incorrect items, an unboxing video is mandatory.

Video Requirements:

  • Recording must start before opening the parcel.
  • Show all sides of the package.
  • Ensure seals, tapes, shipping label, and packaging are clearly visible.
  • The video must be continuous and unedited.

❗Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be considered.

Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos and an unboxing video of the product and packaging.
  • Based on inspection, we will offer a replacement or refund.
  • If no unboxing video is provided, the claim will be rejected.

Return Pickup & Packaging Responsibility:

  • Approved returns will be picked up from the original delivery address.
  • The product must be securely packed in original packaging.
  • Damage caused due to improper packing during return pickup will be the customer’s responsibility.
  • Returns failing quality inspection may receive a partial refund or no refund.

Exchange Policy:

  • Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
  • Replacement products are shipped within 3–5 business days after successful return pickup and inspection.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are processed within 2–4 business days after quality inspection.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective items shipped by us.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
  • HOME FREAK reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
    • Stock unavailability.
    • Pricing or listing errors.
    • Suspicious or incorrect customer information.
    • Payment-related issues.

Approved cancellations will receive a full refund.

Discrepancies & Support:

If there are any delivery-related discrepancies, customers must contact us within 48 hours of the order being marked as delivered.

Final Decision Rights:

HOME FREAK reserves the right to approve or reject any return, exchange, or refund request after internal verification and quality checks.
